Final Settlement

All Statutory expenses/charges including Membership fee, KSEB/ KWA deposits, VAT, Service Tax payments and any other Government Duties/levies should be fully settled before Registration of Sale Deed document.

Can be paid in convenient installments before Registration.

Registration Expenses

Extra to be borne by the buyer at the prevailing rate of stamp duty applicable at the time of Registration.

Notes:-

• The due dates indicated are subject to change depending on the progress and payment has to be made based on the progress of the construction.
• At the time of signing the agreement, stamp duty and registration charges are payable extra as per actuals.
• Deposits, levies, taxes, duties and any other charges that may be introduced prospectively or retrospectively by Central/State Government authorities is payable by all allottees prior to their taking possession of their premises as per actual over and above the quoted rates to be settled along with the final bill before taking possession of the premise.
